Overburdened is an effect that occurs when a creature or player is carrying more weight than their total carry capacity. Base carry capacity limits are determined by Strength and can be enhanced by certain items, such as molly netting.

When a creature is overburdened, they cannot move until they drop or trade enough items to get back below their carry capacity limit.
