When a creature is budding, they will spawn a clone of themselves 20 turns after the effect takes place. If multiple clones are supposed to spawn due to cooking cloning draught, the counter will be set back to 0 and generate a new clone at 20. This will continue until all the clones have spawned.
If the creature is recuperating, the budding will cease.
