saw-hander
This robot bears a featureless chrome plate for a face and treads for locomotion. Attached to the ends of each of their grooved, steel arms spins a rusty rotary saw.
The saw-hander is a robot found in the 
jungle, 
ruins, and the Deathlands(favilink error!) as well as underground. They are armed with two \rust-pitted saws, which are Axe class vibro weapons. They can crack armor, making their targets more vulnerable to attacks, and Dismember limbs but not Decapitate them.
