A plasma jelly is an ooze found in the Palladium Reef. Using its signature Plasma Gas Generation mutation, a plasma jelly can surround itself with plasma, which it is completely immune to. It will burst into a cloud of plasma upon death.

Each of a plasma jelly's four oral arms bears an ionized tentacle, a natural cudgel that deals 5d45-20 (Avg: 12.5) heat damage. A jelly has a 65% chance of striking with each offhand tentacle per attack. These tentacles can prove extremely deadly to a creature coated in plasma.
