Skillsoft [high sp] is a Skillsoft cybernetic which provides access to a random regular skill worth between 51 and 150 skill points. In practice since all skills with the exception of Acrobatics always cost a multiple of 50, the provided skill will have a value of either 100 or 150 skill points. The gained skill is considered permanent, allowing the user to purchase any skills which it was a prerequisite for, provided they meet the attribute requirements and have unlocked the appropriate tree.

Advantages
- Has a low license tier cost and isn't destroyed when uninstalled, allowing for a high degree of flexibility.
- Potentially provides instant access to certain useful skills which may be otherwise difficult to purchase early/meet the attribute requirements for, such as Snake Oiler and Trash Divining
Disavantages
- The offered skill is completely random, severely limiting potential utility unless lucky.
- A single mid-tier skill is generally substantially less impactful than most other head slot exclusive cybernetics.
