Urchins stick to the scum-slick tissue of a cavernous mouth while soft-rayed fins drag the mammoth fish body across the ground.

The urchin belcher can be found in caves tier 5 and above.[1] The urchin belcher is able to belch drowsing urchins and addling urchins as an activated ability using its Urchin Belching mutation.[2] It is also immune to the sleep gas and confusion gas that the urchins produce.
