Meditate is an ability which grants the meditating status effect, increasing healing and recovery rate for certain negative status effects as long as the user is not taking any actions and does not receive more than (Willpower*3)-60 damage in a round. It can be activated manually and has a cooldown of 200 rounds, but is also activated after waiting for 10 turns regardless of whether it's on cooldown.

Factions That Teach Meditate
Meditate is not taught by any of Qud's persistent factions. However, procedurally generated factions such as village factions can teach randomly chosen skills as part of their water ritual.
