Improved Dueling Stance is a skill which provides an extra +1 to hit while using Dueling Stance.
As with all improved stances, Improved Dueling Stance is not an independent activated ability. Rather, it simply applies an additional bonus to Dueling Stance. Most notably, this means that acquiring Improved Dueling Stance without possessing Dueling Stance will not allow a creature to use this skill, they must possess both skills to gain any benefit from this one.
Factions That Teach Improved Dueling Stance
Improved Dueling Stance is not taught by any of Qud's persistent factions. However, procedurally generated factions such as village factions can teach randomly chosen skills as part of their water ritual.
