Offhand Strikes 0 17 Agility Your chance to strike with an off-hand weapon increases to 35%.
Ambidexterity 300 21 Agility Offhand Strikes Your chance to strike with an off-hand weapon increases to 55%. Flurry's cooldown is reduced by 10.
Two-weapon Fighting 300 25 Agility Ambidexterity Your chance to strike with an off-hand weapon increases to 75%. Flurry's cooldown is reduced by 10.

Base Secondary Attack Chance

The base chance to attack with your off-hand weapon (with no Dual Wield skills) is 15%.[1]

Additional Limbs

Dual wield skills generally only affect your chance of attacking with a melee weapon in your second hand (the "off-hand"). Offhand Strikes, Ambidexterity, and Two-weapon Fighting have no effect on limbs granted by Multiple Arms or Helping hands.

Flurry is the only exception. Its effect applies to all additional limbs, including those granted by Multiple Arms or Helping hands.
