You can treat bleeding, poison, illness, and disease onset for you and your companions at a campfire.

Nostrums is a Physic skill that can cure or mitigate several negative effects using a campfire or oven.

Effect Result
Stop bleeding cured
Treat poison cured
Treat illness cured
Treat disease onset (sore throat, stiff legs, blurry vision) boosted immunity: +4 to saves vs. disease

Stopping bleeding requires no ingredients, but all other nostrums require the use of starapple jam, yuckwheat stem or congealed salve.
