You charge forward two or three squares and perform a melee attack at +1 penetration.

The charge skill is directly linked to both Charging Strike (Axe) and Charging Strike (Cudgel). Creatures with Horns will always attack with them when charging and Shield Slam will be used for free as long as the an attack connects during the charge.
