Freezing Ray
You emit a ray of frost from your hands.
Emits a 9-square ray of frost in the direction of your choice.
Damage: 1d3+1
Cooldown: 20 rounds
Melee attacks cool opponents by -1d4 degrees
Hitting a creature with a freezing hands ray forces a temperature change of -120 - 7 *(Mutation Level). If they hit a target with a melee weapon instead, they will additionally change the target's temperature by -3d20Lua error in Module:Dice at line 168: assertion failed!.1°. This attack does not need to penetrate.
If a creature somehow has multiple Freezing Hands, the damage increase is only +1 for each additional Freezing Hands.[1]

Advantages & Disadvantages

Advantages
- Deals decent area damage
- Very low cooldown
- Can freeze enemies
- Has a far lower chance of destroying loot lying on the ground than Flaming Hands.
Disadvantages
- High cost at character generation
- Lower damage than Flaming Hands
- Prevents the player from taking the Flaming Hands or Burrowing Claws mutations
