Reflect Shame is the signature mutation of 
unpleasant mirror. This mutation cannot be leveled.
Each turn, a creature with this mutation automatically makes a mental attack to inflict the shamed effect on all hostile creatures within 5 tiles of itself. The duration of the inflicted shame effect is 20-3020-30 (Avg: 25) turns. Creatures who are already shamed cannot be affected additional times by this mutation until after the effect wears off.[1]
