Advantages
- Higher Quickness allows the player to take more actions, meaning they attack more, run faster, and can use more items per turn
- Provides an permanent, "always on" Quickness bonus, unlike Adrenal Control or other sources of Quickness
Disadvantages
- Quickness bonus scales slowly with mutation levels
- Moderate cost at character creation
