Freezing Ray
You emit jets of frost from your hands.
Emits a 9-square ray of frost in the direction of your choice
Cooldown: 10 rounds
Damage: (Level)d3+1
Cannot wear gloves
Hitting a creature with freezing hands forces a temperature change of -120 - 7 *(Mutation Level).
If a creature somehow has multiple Freezing Hands, the damage increase is only +1 for each additional Freezing Hands.[1]
