Cryokinesis
You chill a nearby area with your mind.
Chills affected area over 3 rounds
Cooldown: 50 rounds
Range: 8
Area: 3x3
Round 1 Damage: (Level)d2 divided by 2
Round 2 Damage: (Level)d3 divided by 2
Round 3 Damage: (Level)d4 divided by 2
When a creature uses Cryokinesis, the targeted 3x3 area is surrounded in frozen mist(favilink error!).
If a creature ends their turn inside the frozen mist, they will suffer cold damage depending on the Cryokinesis level and the current damage round (turn) of the effect.
Cryokinesis also lowers the target's temperature by [1], which has a chance to freeze the target, especially at higher mutation levels.
