Advantages & Disadvantages

This section is opinion-based. Your mileage may vary.

Advantages

  • Higher Quickness allows the player to take more actions, meaning they attack more, run faster, and can use more items per turn
  • Provides an permanent, "always on" Quickness bonus, unlike Adrenal Control or other sources of Quickness
  • Reduces the effect of the player desynchronizing from enemies when they take quick actions

Disadvantages

  • Quickness bonus scales slowly with mutation levels
  • Moderate cost at character creation
